This spacious villa stands on land with a wide sea view of approximately 10,000 square meters of which approximately 3,000 are terraced and with olive trees and another 7,000 of forest. It has a swimming pool with sea view, hot tub and fireplace. It also has parking for at least six cars and if necessary for 10 cars. It is structured on three floors. The lower one of about 100 square meters is reserved for owners who live in Rome and who occasionally use it with great discretion. What is offered for rent is the two highest floors of approximately 200 square meters with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the city. It is equipped with a living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, four bathrooms all with toilet, bidet and shower and one also with a Jacuzzi hydromassage tub. In the kitchen you will find a hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The villa also has a barbecue and terrace overlooking the sea. Beds: 12

CLARIFICATIONS on beds:

The beds are organized as follows:

- first bedroom has a double bed and two bunk beds;

- second bedroom has a double bed;

- third bedroom has two single beds which, if requested, can be pushed together to form a double bed;

- living room has a folding Ikea cot for two beds;

- in the living room near the fireplace there is another double Ikea sofa bed.
